Welcome to EngLab Language Academy (“EngLab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in any class offered by EngLab, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Services
EngLab provides online English language instruction, including private lessons, group courses, and customized learning sessions. All services are delivered remotely via digital platforms, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion without liability.
Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian;
You have the necessary equipment and internet connection to attend classes;
You have completed any required level assessments accurately.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Bookings and Payments
All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Full payment is required to confirm your registration.
Payment methods and deadlines will be specified during the booking process.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes for operational or educational reasons.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy:
Group courses are non-refundable once the course begins, regardless of attendance.
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or cancelled sessions are non-refundable.
If EngLab cancels a session, we will offer rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 2-4 weeks.
No refund will be granted for:
Failure to attend a class without timely notice;
Technical issues on the student’s end;
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., teaching style, pace).
EngLab may cancel services or deny access without refund for violations of these Terms.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. EngLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, in cases of:
Disruptive or abusive behavior;
Harassment of instructors or other participants;
Any conduct deemed harmful or inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by EngLab, including lesson plans, documents, recordings, and teaching materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of EngLab or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or commercially exploit any part of our materials without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and lawful.
